Happy International Women’s Day to begin with.Don’t know the history behind the date 8 March being accepted as the International Women’s Day. But noticed something today which many of you would have noticed, that’s mere a guess peeps.
The number 8 when rotated through 90° becomes the symbol of ♾️ infinity.
Yes you read and understood the right.Women have been considered to be an infinite source of infinite things. They are always treated to the extreme level. In matters of sacrifices,love,care, emotional support,mental support, tolerance,acceptance,
adjustments and the list of it is a never ending one, you know that,right?And in all this women are ignored from the top to the bottom. What about their health, their feelings,their emotions?
She is hidden when she should get the credit. She is shut up when she has an idea. She is told to wear clothes she hates.
She is silenced when she can voice. She is told to tie her hair so that she looks gentle. She wears things that make her uncomfortable but are supposed to comfort and block views of people around her. She is accepted as the fault when she doesn’t even know what her mistake was. She is accepted as the evil when she doesn’t even know how to cast a bad look. She is asked to pay for things she didn’t commit. She is told to ignore things. She is the one to listen to you but no one is there to even hear her. She is the key to happiness but since when has her lock remained blocked?
She brings good health and in this does she not lose hers? She is the treasury but when did you last treat her like your gold chain put safely in the safe? She is your mother but when did you last say to her,”I love you Mom”? She is your sister, when did you last thank her for helping you? She is your friend, when did you last wish her proper Women’s Day with your heart and not formality? She is your wife, when did you last talk to her and listen to her?
Maybe she deserves more but what she really craves for is you and her. She wants you to take care of her the way she does. Love her as she does. Give her some me time too as you wish for yourself.And may the wishes be true and heartfelt towards them, not just a formality.
She has her own life too which she owns yet dedicates it. So take out your time to let her enjoy the sunset, play on the beach, go on a walk, touch the flowers, smell the roses, feel the soil and breathe.As a woman is considered the most mysterious person because of their ability to give birth and nourish them in their womb for nine months. It’s time we start practicing the laws that define women rights and prepare them for the battle ahead. The woman is a beautiful creation who has been built with compassion and heartfelt laughter. And for those trying to mess with your loved girl,be sure to let them have a taste.
The women are beautiful beings and not just showpieces. They deserve to live and they have every ounce of right to deserve all the happiness they wish for.
This Women’s Day, let’s pledge to help one woman any way, be it in any way. Wish them. Help them pass the road. Compliment them. And a lot more ways that you can think about.
